Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

When you place a rental order, request a quote, book a showroom appointment, apply for a job, or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect information you provide directly: your name, email, phone, mailing/delivery address, payment information, and event details.

We also collect technical information automatically: browser type, IP address, pages visited, and referring URL, through standard cookies and analytics tools.

2. How we use your information

• Process and fulfill rental orders and quote requests.
• Communicate about your event, delivery, payment, and follow-ups.
• Send promotional emails (only with your consent — unsubscribe any time).
• Improve our website, products, and customer service.
• Comply with legal obligations.

3. Payment processing

We do not collect payment information through this website. After your quote is approved, payment is processed directly by our team using secure, PCI-compliant providers. We do not store credit card details on our servers.

4. Sharing your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share data only with:

• Service providers we use to run the business (Rentopian for order and quote management, email service providers, payment processors used to collect approved invoices).
• Law enforcement if required by valid legal process.

5. Cookies & analytics

We use cookies to keep your shopping cart, remember your event dates, and analyze site usage. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some site features may not work fully without them.

6. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing info@rumbaseventrentals.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

7. Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email and posted here with an updated date.
