What You'll Be Doing

As a Driver/Installer, you'll work alongside our team to:

• Set up and take down tents, tables, chairs, flooring, stages, and other event rental equipment.
• Load, unload, carry, and organize equipment.
• Safely drive company trucks to transport equipment and crew members to and from event locations throughout South Florida.
• Properly secure equipment for transportation and perform assigned vehicle safety inspections.
• Help transform empty spaces into incredible event environments.
• Work safely and efficiently to make sure every event is ready on time.
• Take care of company vehicles and equipment, and respect our customers' properties.

Work Schedule & Opportunities

We're building our team and hiring for different availability levels:

• Full-Time: Our regular full-time event crew generally works at least 40 hours per week, with additional hours frequently available or required during busy periods.
• Part-Time: Opportunities for individuals seeking fewer weekly hours, depending on scheduling and event demand.
• On-Call / Event-Based: Flexible assignments based on upcoming events, availability, and operational needs. Ideal for people looking for supplemental work or interested in joining our talent pool.

Schedules may include weekdays, weekends, holidays, early mornings, and late nights. Part-time and on-call hours are not guaranteed.

What to Expect

This is an active, physically demanding position. You'll regularly lift and move rental equipment, spend much of your shift on your feet, and work outdoors in South Florida's heat and changing weather conditions.

Driving is only one part of the job. You'll also perform the same hands-on installation and breakdown duties as the rest of the event crew.

You'll need to be comfortable working as part of a crew, safely operating assigned company vehicles, and following established safety procedures.
