Our summer events promotion is ready
1. Promotion Period: Valid for all new orders booked between August 1 and September 30, 2026.
2. Event Eligibility: Applies only to events taking place in August or September 2026.
3. Promo Code Requirement: The promo code SUMMEREVENTS must be applied at the time of booking.
4. Booking Requirement: Offer is valid only for orders confirmed with a signed rental agreement and required deposit during the promotion period.
5. Discount Eligibility: The up to 25% discount applies only to qualifying rental items and minimum order requirements may apply.
6. Complimentary Upgrade: Complimentary upgrades are available only on select rental items, are subject to availability, and will be determined by Rumbas Event Rentals.
7. Future Event Credit: The $50–$100 transferable event credit is issued based on the qualifying rental amount, may be transferred to another client, and must be redeemed within 12 months of the original event date.
8. Non-Combination: This promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, package pricing, or special offers.
9. Additional Fees: Taxes, delivery, after-hours service, long-distance delivery, setup and breakdown, specialty labor, damage waivers, and other applicable fees are not included in this promotion.
10. Changes and Cancellations: If the order is canceled or modified and no longer qualifies for the promotion, all promotional discounts, upgrades, and future event credits may be removed.
11. Availability: Promotional pricing and upgrades are subject to inventory availability and may not apply to previously booked orders.
12. Standard Terms: All other standard terms and conditions of Rumbas Event Rentals apply.
