  1. Promotion Period
    This promotion is valid for new quote requests created on or after August 1st, 2025.

  2. Event Eligibility
    The promotion applies only to events scheduled to take place between August 1st, 2025, and September 30th, 2025. Events outside of this date range are not eligible for the discount.

  3. Discount Details
    A 30% discount will be included in all quotes created within the eligibility window and will apply only to rental items. Additional fees will be charged at the full rate.

  4. Additional Fees
    Taxes, delivery, setup fees, and any other additional or optional service fees will still apply to the order and are not included in the promotion.

  5. Non-Combination
    This promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts, offers, or promotions.

  6. Promotion Modifications
    Rumbas Event Rentals reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.

  7. Standard Terms
    All other standard terms and conditions of Rumbas Event Rentals apply.

 

Early Fall Promotion Terms and Conditions

  1. Promotion Period
    This promotion is valid for all new quotes and orders confirmed between September 1st and September 30th, 2025.

  2. Event Eligibility
    The promotion applies only to events scheduled to take place between October 1st and November 10th, 2025. Events outside of this date range are not eligible for the discount.

  3. Promo Code Requirement
    Customers must use promo code EARLYFALL25 at the time of booking to receive the discount. Promo code must be mentioned during the quoting or confirmation process.

  4. Booking Requirement
    Discount applies only to orders confirmed with a signed agreement and deposit during the promotional period. Unconfirmed or pending quotes do not qualify.

  5. Discount Details
    A 10% discount will be applied to rental items only. Charges related to labor, delivery, setup/teardown, damage waiver, rental maintenance, or any other service or fee are not discounted.

  6. Exclusions
    This promotion cannot be applied to existing orders, previously confirmed bookings, or rebooked events.

  7. Non-Combination
    This offer cannot be combined with other discounts, packages, or promotions.

  8. Availability
    Promotion is subject to item availability and delivery capacity at the time of confirmation.

  9. Standard Terms
    All other standard rental terms and conditions of Rumbas Event Rentals apply.
